I think Gohan lost a significant amount of power since Vegeta called it out but that is until he had his power unlocked.

 It was stated by Kid Gohan that he lost a good amount of power after being hit by Cell. Maybe he was exaggerating, but it was stated that he lost power nonetheless. Maybe it wasn't quite half of his strength that he lost, perhaps it was a third. He killed Cell at this level.

Now, Teen Gohan is stated to be on equal terms with Complete Cell [powered-up] more or less [indirectly]. This means he isn't far from how strong he used to be. Teen Gohan is most likely on equal footing with SCC if not a little stronger. Broly crushed SSjin 2 Teen Gohan. There is no possible way that SCC could face Broly and hope to win. And if he can annihilate Teen Gohan, and Teen Gohan is not far behind Kid Gohan [perhaps thirty percent], Broly could easily be 50% stronger than that, which would not only be a match for SSjin 2 Kid Gohan it would exceed him. The funny thing is it took less effort for Broly to beat Teen Gohan than it did Janemba to take down SSjin 3 Goku, and people say that Janemba was on Super Buu's level, who is easily five times Goku's power. Broly is easily beyond SSjin 2 Kid Gohan, but is by no means less than him.

I don't even have to read what you wrote. Gohan is stronger than Broly, hands down.

LSSJ Broly > SSJ1 Gohan but SSJ2 & Ultimate Gohan > LSSJ Broly
